Listen up avid mobile MOBA gamers! If you're switching devices, follow proper protocols so you will not lose your progress. Customer service cannot help non-synced accounts!Playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a great way to release stress and kill other players (guilt free) using dynamic skills and never seen before combos. As an avid MLBB gamer, it is important to save your progress every few weeks to two months. This is a great habit for those who switch devices a lot, considering a mobile upgrade, or supposedly dropped their phone in a puddle of water while live streaming on their way to work. Yikes! What is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang?Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a special multiplayer mobile game for Android and iOS devices. Developer and publisher, Moonton, created this game in 2016, in hopes to bring national and international players together on a single battlefield. The purpose of Mobile Legends is to encourage teamwork, open communication, and strategy development under pressure. Where is this game most popular?Moonton started out in Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East regions. The game grew in popularity and North America mobile players trickled in quickly. Now, the dynamic mobile game has over 15 gaming servers, including Russia, Turkey, Japan, and Australia. Moonton has also tapped into the esports and regional tournament scene throughout participating countries like the Philippines, Brazil, Singapore, Turkey, Vietnam, and Japan (to name a few). They are currently working on the United States.
The biggest problem mobile gamers do not rely on is syncing their progress or data to their accounts and not the device itself. Mobile Legends has up to seven options to save your progress. That's a lot, and something that players should not ignore. It is highly recommended to create a Moonton Account directly, sync your email, and choose a third party account that you use the most (and will continue to use for the next three to six months). For example, iOS players would benefit most if they created an account through Moonton, synced their personal email, and signed in with Apple or used Game Center. Those on Android devices would benefit through Google Play. Keep track of your player ID number! This is something you have to do, whether it looks cool or not. Playing MLBB or other mobile MOBA games will provide you an in-game player ID number. This number is associated with your account. Keep this number close to you at all times! Especially for Android users, if the player uses multiple accounts under the same email, the system will either recall the most recent or oldest account. Depending on the progress on the account, you might not want that one. Once you log in via Moonton, email, or third party, make sure to input your player ID associated with the account you play on most. This will help reduce problems and unnecessary customer service assistance. Customer service cannot help you regain access to your account if you don't have your player ID number. Don't try to log in two or more devices under the same account! Are you ready to play a ranked match and show off your skills? Great! It is wonderful to see and watch players rank up to top level tiers, like Epic, Legend, and Mythic. Mythic is the highest rank in the game, however, they cannot play with certain low ranked players, like Warrior, Elite, Master, and Grandmaster. Also, players cannot log in to two or more devices under the same account ID and play matches. The system will override your login status and log the player out of the secondary device (new or old). Could customer service restore my account if I lost it?If you're in the middle of the match and the server goes down, customer service could do something about it. Although, the chances of that are lower than 50%. Still, keep your player ID and other account information saved in a separate location and available when you reach out to their support team. Depending on the dynamics of the issue, customer support will not be able to revive your account, especially if you forgot your information. They do not have a track record of all free and established profiles on their server, so make sure to protect it as much as possible and reach out if you're experiencing unusual activity on your main player account (especially if you pay into the app for diamonds and purchase elite skins and emblem builds).
